Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey how did i do today?: BF: cheerios with lowfat milk and an apple (220). Lunch: wholewheat sandwhich and a fat free yoghurt(260?). Snack: low fat cereal bar (85 cals)Dinner: porkchop with potatoes and carrots (900?) = 1465 cals, plus ive drunk 2litres of water and done 30 mins on exercise bike and 30 mins on the dance mat. Plz give feedback!

Pork is the worst meat for you, and pigs are the cutest!!! How dare you eat pork?? I'm a pig lover, I don't eat pork. It's horrible for you anyways. Eat lean turkey/chicken meat instead of pork or beef. Other than that, great job you did awesome!!! =)

your three meals should be 450-500 calories and yous snacks no moore than 200 calories and you are not over weight just exercise 4-5 times a week 40-60 minutes moore and eat in moderation your dinner was a little high at 900 calories butt other than that good just so you now your healthy range is 120lbs-165lbs i wouldnt losse more than 15lbs if i were you
