Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - i know its annoying when ppl post what they ate..but it helps me keep track so here's what i had today. BF:special k bar, cup of OJ (200 cals). Lunch: vegetable soup and half a snack bag of chex mix (350ish cals??). Snack:pudding (100 cals) Dinner: soup, corn on the cob, peas (250 cals) Snack:apple and grapes (200 cals?) how many calories does a regular sized apple have? i didn't do any excercise today b/c its really icy so i couldnt drive to the gym or run outside...but i'll do like 500 crunches
Reply from Peyton, Age 15 - 12/01/06 - IP#: 213.40.131.xxx its ok to not exercise two days a week because your body needs those two days to rest your muscles and it actually helps you in the long run because it can save you straining muscles which can stop you exercising for days. just make sure you spread out the two days like the 1st day on monday and the 2nd day on say thursday or friday also make sure you are extra careful about what you eat on the days with no exercise!
Reply from Lindsey, Age 14 - 11/30/06 - IP#: 67.5.192.xxx Counting calories is SO annoying. I don't do that I just eat healthy. Sometimes I'll figure out how many I ate in a day estimated. You need to excercise! The excercise is more effective than the healthy eating really. No excuses for no excercise, seriously. Do workout dvds- I personally like Tae Bo dvds and a workout dvd I got from wal mart called "the FIRM". Walk away the pounds is good too. Hula hoop, jumping jacks, push ups, cruntches, wall push ups, etc. Seventeen and Cosmogirl! magazines have good workouts in almost every issue! Do those too.

I usually get through it from google-type in the food name and "nutrition facts" (ex: apple nutrition facts) You can change the portion size and stuff.
