Ht. 5'8", Wt. 225 - I am going for my belt testing tomorrow so i will no longer be a white belt!! I need sum help cuz everytime I post something ppl r telling me the same thing...i wanna hear something new.....if u can tell me something new i would really appreciate it. I need diets, food, exercises, anything! I am in desperate need of weight loss!!! HELP!!

Get a sheet of paper and write you weight now, and your ultimate goal (like lose 20 pounds by june). Then put measurements. Then put smaller goals, like make more time to excersize. Then put helpful tips to yourself like you eat to live, not live to eat and you have to keep trying to get better at anything, even dieting and excersizing. Then put in bold print I KNOW I CAN LOSE WEIGHT AND I WILL!!! Post this where you can easily read it and go over it when you see it. Track your progress on the back of the paper. Good luck!
