Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 - Ughhh! I am so mad at myself. I don't know what I'm doing wrong! I have cut back on portions and I work out with weights and go on the treadmill [walking] for 30 minutes to an hour and do 200 crunches every single day, and I lost 7 pounds, and it's like it just stopped. I have been the same weight for a week and it is so frustrating!! What am I doing so wrong? =// HELP!!

Your body loses weight slower once it has already gotten down a little. REMEMBER THAT THE MORE YOU WEIGH, THE SLOWER YOU LOSE WEIGHT!

Reply from mary, Age 14 - 12/02/06 - IP#: 70.171.238.xxx a week? thats it? dont give up so fast. You've hit a plataeu. It happens to everyone. Dont give up. Just keep going. It could take weeks to get past. Try changing one thing. Like doing one more workout everyday (but dont over do it) or pay close attention to ur calorie intake and if u can cut back a little on cals then do that. But dont eat too little cuz that is bad for ur body. Good luck:)
