Ht. 5'6", Wt. 170 - alright here is my plan.
breakfast- apple
lunch- sugar snap peas and carrots
dinner- lean cusine
snack- fudgsicle and 5 saltines
all water and maybe a diet drink once a week.
here is my exercise plan
monday- boxing- 1hr and a half
tuesday- billy blanks dvd-30 mins
wednesday- billy banks-30 mins
thursday- dance- one hour
friday- jog for 30 mins
dont tell me what you think. i just put it on here so i kno what i will be doing.
i need to work on having more iron in me and my upper body strength, abs, and legs
