Ht. 5'6", Wt. 170 - alright here is my plan.
breakfast- apple
lunch- sugar snap peas and carrots
dinner- lean cusine
snack- fudgsicle and 5 saltines
all water and maybe a diet drink once a week.
here is my exercise plan
monday- boxing- 1hr and a half
tuesday- billy blanks dvd-30 mins
wednesday- billy banks-30 mins
thursday- dance- one hour
friday- jog for 30 mins
dont tell me what you think. i just put it on here so i kno what i will be doing.
i need to work on having more iron in me and my upper body strength, abs, and legs

you definetly need a little more food, atleast 1500 calories a day. try to add some meat in there, like turkey on wheat bread for lunch because you need more protein. but good job with veggies and water and awesome idea for exercise!

i kno u dont want to kno wat people think but u shpould have a bit more for breakfast like a piece of toast or low fat yougurt maybe :P u def getting plenty of exercise :P good luck
