Ht. 5'9", Wt. 175 - breakfast:frozen banana. lunch:turkey sandwhich on wheat bread. snack:special K bites. Dinner: corn bread and chili (not too good i know...)
Excercise: 2 miles treadmill, 1 mile eliptical, 500 crunches, weight machines, 15 min. on bike. i hope everyone stays motivated!! good luck y'all!

Try starting the day with a bit of skim milk and some fruit. And instead of having square meals, eat little bits of food all day instead. It'll keep your metabolism running and help you lose weight faster. But as for your excercise: W.O.W. Seriously, that's great! Good luck! :]

you should try to eat a lot more for breakfast, try a bowl of cereal and the banana.
