Ht. 5'9", Wt. 175 - breakfast:frozen banana. lunch:turkey sandwhich on wheat bread. snack:special K bites. Dinner: corn bread and chili (not too good i know...)
Excercise: 2 miles treadmill, 1 mile eliptical, 500 crunches, weight machines, 15 min. on bike. i hope everyone stays motivated!! good luck y'all!
