I agree with Kaylee: cut out that breakfast cereal. There are a lot of yummy ones that are better for you, like Cheerios, Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bran, etc. etc. And you should (if you aren't already) eat it with skim milk. I personally like it more than 1%, 2%, or whole - I don't even know how I drank that before! And then for lunch I had a few questions: how big was the chicken, how did you cook the chicken, what else was there, and what was the bread. 1) I suggest you bake your chicken, but bake it with the skin on and then strip the skin afterwards. That way you'll cut out 143 calories but still have taste 2) On the sandwhiche try adding tomatos and lettuce, but cut out cheese. Cheese has a lot of calories, and though some may argue it has "protein", you're already getting double the protein from a couple pieces of cheese with you chicken 3) And if you're eating your chicken sandwhiche on a sub bread or white bread, I'd recommend switching to wheat bread. It's a lot healthier and less calories. Good luck & hope I helped! :]

You did good but try a different cereal. Coco puffs are full of bad things. You will get a lot more benifits from something like Cheerieos, special K, or Kashie.
