This is what I had today. Breakfast 3/4 cup of cereal which is 110 cal and water. For lunch lean cusine water and fig newton. For supper subway with one sugar cookie. I had the terayaki chicken with fat free honey mustard with a powerade. for snack one sugar cookie and water. For exercise 25 min of crab soccer and 5 min of soccer plus over 700 other exercises. How did I do

I did 700 exercises total or more. the sugar cookie waws about medium and the teryaki ckicken had like 10 cal and I had pickles and black olives the bread was wheat.

I couldn't tell you for sure because I don't know how big, or what kind of sugar cookie you had. Was it big? Small? Frosting? Lots of sugar? Plain? And despite what people think about Powerade and Gatorade you'd be surprised to find that all the hype about it isn't true. The only times when Gatorade is good is if you're working very hard in a race; example: a marathon race. This is very controversial but you will find on the bottles that there is a lot of sugar and other added liquids that will replenish your systems and add sugar to your body because you're suppose to drink it when you're low on sugar, or very active, and if you aren't it's basically adding sugar (one of the worst calories) to your body. And what is teriyaki chicken? I've never had it but I think it's where it has a lot of sauce, right? Well if you only had a little bit, good job! But I can't really say if it's good or not because I don't know how much "sauce" or "extras" were there as well as how much you had. Overall, I think you did pretty well, but I was a bit confused. You said you did "over 700 other excercises" ... I'm assuming you mean you randomly ran or did a few crunches or something. Well like I said, you did pretty well ... I'd give you a B+ or A- for the day :]
