Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - meal one : 1 frozen banana, lots of water
meal two : about 2 cups coconut shrimp [homemade] w/ about 1/2 cup plain shrimp in salad [lettuce & 2 tbsp lowfat dressing] , diet pepsi, about 3 tbsp homemade tartar sauce [lowfat]
meal 3 : 5 coconut shrimp, lowfat homemade tartar sauce [about 2 tbsp], water, 1 ice cream sandwhich
30 minute walk, 200 crunches.
blah...not too good today.

terry...she never said it was fried shrimp...if its boiled or grilled and not covered in butter then it's fine...i would just skip the tarter sauce even though it is lowfat it's probbly still high in sodium...good job though

you need to stick to healthy food not fryed srimp you do know your 35lbs overweight right cut the crap get on track to health
