Ht. 5'9", Wt. 175 - hey here's how i did today..breakfast:kashi cereal&milk(200 cals) lunch:half a grilled chicken sandwhich,special k bites, and an apple (350 cals). snack:pudding (100 cals). dinner:grilled salmon, fruit, and carrots (?? cals) exercise:2 miles treadmill, 1 mile eliptical, weight machines, 15 min. on bike

OMG how do you get yourself so motivated to that?! That is great but you should eat maybe a little more calories, like Orcy said. Maybe add another little snack like maybe an apple and a little bit of pretzels. Keep up the god work!
