Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - Are you sick of being overweight? I have the best solution. Start a plan to run 10 miles a day and do 100 situps every other day. If you follow though with this it garantees results that you will love. You have to be willing to sacrifice a little time and sweat to pull though with this. And.....NO MORE SODA OR SWEETS!!!!!!!

10 milies???? no one can go out and run 10 miles, some people have a hard time with 1!! If you just eat healthy and exercise for 30min-1 hour, it works just fine too

10 miles? lol are you kidding me. I don't think anybody would have the time or patience to do that in a day. You don't always have to run, you can walk and jog too. I walk and jog 4 miles everyday plus do other cardio and situps,pushups,wallsits, jacks, etc.

I have no time to run 10 miles a day and I can't physically do it either. How about putting on some tips everyone can do. Like jog two miles, not RUN 10.
