Ht. 4'9", Wt. 138 - hey everyone i weigh 138 right now and id like to lose 20 lbs and i dont kno much about the whole calorie thing and what to eat i get the excercising part but i need help on the eating stuff so if any of u got advice please email me at polarisgurlie500@aol.com thank u so much

Keep a food diary everyday so you can look back and see what you can change. It may be hard, but you have to face the music sometime. Put for example... Breakfast: Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal and milk
About 230 calories
Why I ate: hungry
How did I feel afterwards: Full, glad it was not to many calories. I am doing it and I think it is really helpful. Good luck!
