Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - omg guys im so excited because i lost 4 pounds! i went from 166 to 162 and yesterday i think was how it happened. breakfast-none. lunch-burger king happy meal 4 chicken nuggets with a small kids diet coke and a small kids french fries. around 5- 3/4 of a chocolate chip muffin and a small hot chocolate. dinner- 4 chicken wings and a little piece of cake. EXERCISE- I WALKED AROUND THE MALL MORE THAN 2 MILES+I WAS CARRYING BAGS THAT WEIGHED A TON. I WALKED UP MY TOWN ALL AROUND IT DEFINATLY WALKING MORE THAN 3 MILES AND I JOGGED TO MY FRIENDS HOUSE+I WAS CARRYING CHANGE THAT WEIGHED LIKE 2 POUNDS. && im so happy because i didn't think id ever do this! plus im going uptowna nd to the mall again because i wanna lose more weight!!!!! yay!

Burger King?? sry, but you need to cut out fast food. Good job on the walking though!!!!:) If you want to splurge, then pick one day of the week to do it, and make sure you exercise it off, it will keep you from going insane and missing all those foods, and sometimes, you think you need to exercise more than you really do, and you will still end up losing some weight. Keep up the good work. You will love the results!

You have to have a good breakfast! and burger and fries for lunch?...All the meals you had were very unhealthy. I'm sure you know that a burger and fries and chocolate muffins, etc aren't good. Everyone knows that, it's not rocket science. Eat healthy meals and exercise daily and you're good to go. Good Luck!!!

If you had it be your splurge day, it is fine but try to make healthier food choices. It may be hard, especially now, but you have to stick to your diet! GOOD LUCK!
