Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food Today:(I follow "The Diet for Teenagers Only" so these are my stats in my food diary. M calorie category was 2000 and the Totals represent how much of each food group I should be eating eahc day! Ex: 2 (T=3) means that I had 2/3 of my dialy requirment!
Breakfast:
Low fat cheese (100) toast (100), baked apple (100), skim milk (100)

Lunch:
3 veal meatballs (200) in a sandwich roll (150), sugar free low fat pudding (60)

Dinner:
2 chicken legs (200) **idk the rest but I'm hoping for more vegiies!**
