Ht. 5'8", Wt. 202 - Hey there everyone...i'm kinda new on this board and stuff...so maybe y'all could just tell me how you think i did today (keep in mind...i am trying to go from a size 15 to a 13 in ten days) Day 1: 3 bananas, 2 bites of pupkin (the stuff in the can that you use to make pie, it was not good) and a medium sized bowl of yellow rice and onions. Today for exercise, I rode my bike around for about 3 miles.....that was fun, so tell me whatchya think!

Reply from amy, Age 16 - 12/30/06 - IP#: 68.4.96.xxx you did good on the excersize part but it doesn't seem like you ate enough. you need at least 1500 cals. a day! and it's very very very hard to go down a size in 10 days unless your planning to kill yourself.
Reply from Orcy, Age 15 - 12/30/06 - IP#: 68.14.138.xxx you need to eat more, and spread it out more. have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, or 6 small meals.. whatever works for you. just have 1500 calories and drink lots of water. eat fruits and veggies, lean meat, and whole grains. and exercise. and as hard as you work, itll take more than 10 days to go down that much.
Reply from Rachel, Age 14 - 12/29/06 - IP#: 74.139.161.xxx Well hun no offense but there is no way ur going to go down a size in 10 days i mean losing weight takes time imean i'm not the skinniest and I'm deffinetly no expert but i've read to know enough books that it takes time so take ur time but ur doing great so far but don't starve ur self eat healthy things hope this helps
