Ht. 5'5", Wt. 194 - well today i watched what i ate but and then i walked on the tred mill for about ten minutes. and then i weighed myself and i had lost one pound. Then at dinner i cut everything i had in half but when i weight myself later i had gained two pounds now im not exactly sure how the body works but should i have waited to weigh myself in the morning cause i have heard that u weigh less in the morning. but im hoping to keep the cut everything in half and run/walk on the tred mill for about ten mins everyday to loose weight do u have any other suggestions to make it work better.

Weigh in the morning afetr going to the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything because during the night your body is working and digesting so right when you get up in the morning is a pretty accurate weight.
Reply from Adrienne, Age 13 - 01/02/07 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx Only weigh yourself in the morning like every other day because if you are weighing yourself over and over again, unless your scale is really good, it tends to vary about 2-3 pounds, and yes you do weigh less in the morning. Also keep up the exercising and eating less, it will definately pay off.
