Ht. 6'0", Wt. 200 - hey guys, helpful tip....instead of having a strict meal plan, with only so much calories per each 3 meals, try creating 6 meals, still under whatever you want your calorie intake to be, but this will help you not get hungrey and go for the fridge and just grab something, eating 5-6 small meals a day helps with metabalism, and will also help you from being hungry...keep up the good work and i hope everything is working out for you guys...if you have anyquestions you can leave your email adress and ill email you guys...GOOD LUCK!!

Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 01/03/07 - IP#: 68.229.76.xxx I know our school has 1.5 minutes to get from class to class. That's a great idea, but as a warning it doesn't work for some people. I know it leaves me starving even when I eat the same amount of calories. So be warned, it doesn't work for everyone.
