Ht. 5'6", Wt. 166 - Well the holidays killed me but i'm back on track. My doctor wants me to go on this weird diet, I have a glass of skim milk and add a scoop or two of protein shake stuff to it for b-fast. A piece of fruit for lunch and a regular between 200-400 calorie dinner. The catch I need to workout for at least 1/2 hr every day and not eat anything in between the meals. the drink tastes gross but it helps lower cholesterol and lower my risk for heart disease I HATE SOY!!!

That's what someone whos like 500 pounds and about to die should be doing. Instead check in with a nutritionist or another doctor and talk to them about a more reasonable diet with more veggies and leaner meats. That's just a freaky diet, plus youll probably be starving.
