Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - So i'm starting to exersize more.. but i was wondering has anyone had good luck with jumproping because i heard it burns a lot of calories... just to let you know though thats not all i'm doing as far as exersize it was just one thing i was considering adding to my workout plan. oh and if you have anyother other advise that would be GREATLY appreceated also.

Heyy im catherine my friends call me cathi look i do have some advice make your workouts and healthy eating fun for yourself so it doesnt feel like ur doing it cos u have to have fun with it! i say eat healthy and just go for a bike ride a day or just a walk wiht your dog and lsiten to your ipod.
ok i am from australia but im visitng america cos i was born here and i weigh 125pounds and i dont no if thats fat cos i dont think of myslef as fat buti eat healthy and walk once and day and i also like bike riding??
