Ht. 5'1", Wt. 140 - Hi everyone...I'm new here, but I pretty much get the idea. We're here to help each other lose and maintain a healthy weight right? My goal right now is to lose 6 pounds before February 3rd, and then another 4. Well since everyone seems to be posting their daily food intake, I will do the same; Breakfast: Kiwi. Lunch: 6-inch Subway sub on wheat bread with ham, provolone, lettuce, pickles, and light mayonaise. Snack: Small bag of gardettos. Dinner: about a baseball sized steak with mushrooms, 1/2 a baked potato with 2 tbsp of cheese, and coleslaw. I didn't have time to exercise today because of Mock Trial, but how did I do on the food choices?

umm not awful but not wonderful either. cole slaw is bad because of the mayo. Also i think you need more fruits and veggies and maybe a bigger breakfast if you get hungry because a kiwi isnt much. subway is a good fast food choice but sometimes its full of sodium so be careful of that.. and welcome to the group =)
