Ht. 5'9", Wt. 173 - ok here's waht i had today...i'm not really sure if i did well at all so i'd like some responses. breakfast: special K bar and a cup of milk. snack: 40 cal yogurt. lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread. snack: banana. dinner:vegetable soup and a banana.
desert: 100 call pack pudding.
exercise : basically nothing...10 minutes on bike, 200 crunches...

200 crunches? I think you're doing just fine. :D
Also, Special K bars aren't what they say they are...they're really quite unhealthy. Still, good work!
