Ht. 5'4", Wt. 198 - ok well i got in some good exercise today. i did skiing since 3:30-8:30 today. For breakfast I had a sausage, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel, apple juice, some hot cocoa. lunch i had some ravioli, a peach, iced tea. snack was a slim jim. dinner was a hamburger w. a few fries (had to try them), apple juice (i love apple juice!). But at the lodge i didnt realize how unhealthy the food was! All they have is soda, breadstciks, pizza, blah blah blah. but anyways yah I think those 5 hrs of skiing mighttve burned off my dinner. So yes be harsh I didnt do good but plz give me some posistive feedback because at this point no motivation=me just gainign another 60 lbs! thanks -A

Reply from caitlyne, Age 15 - 01/18/07 - IP#: 74.14.229.xxx your breakfasts should be around 300 cals.. ur bagel all by its itty bitty self is 300 cals..cheese 100..sausage 200..egg 90.. so thats a 590 breakfast..basically the ammount of cals there shud be in your dinner..

A bagel with egg and cheese is sort of bad. bagels can have al ot of calories and you should go with whole wheat. cheese can be high in fat, but egg is good.
