Your dinner was wicked good. Congrats. So was your exercise. The lunch was pretty good too. I always have a thing for bagels. She if you can get some whole wheat ones. Seriously I hate whole wheat but when you put a little lite cream cheese on you seriously can't tell the difference. The Special K bar was okay but see if you can get something better in the granola bar section. They just seem so like I don't know small and sugary. The pudding was odd though. Try to just have the Special K and then you can have the pudding for snack. Its just that in the morning is usually when you get in a lot of your nutrients because that's when you feel most on your diet for the day.

dinner and snack sound good, but bagels are really bad for you if their plain white bread bagels. And pudding for breakfast? yuck. plus special k bars arent all there said to be. theres still sugar and stuff like that.
