Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - if i eat 3 balanced healthy meals a day and have a bout 1200 calories, but don't really exercise will i still lose weight?"
I KNOW I KNOW exercise will help me a lot, so please don't reply saying "exercise will help you, you should exercise"
i do exericse but i'm just wondering for days when i miss out on exercising.. to see if i should worry those days.

well it takes 3500 calories to equal a pound..so if you cut back 800 calories a day it should take about 5 days to lose a pound..that is if you DONT cheat. And of course everybody is different soo....

i think that you only need to exercise 3-5 times a week so...if you miss a day you should be fine!
