Ht. 5'3", Wt. 230 - hey everyone..i haven't been doing to good on my diet.i ate pizza for lunch the past 2 days..but tomarrow im gonna eat a saled..one thing i am excited about is i couldn't wear these one pair of jeans i got at the beginning of the school year and today i wore them to school and i have room to move around.does anyone have any good exersizes i can do up in my bed room that don't involve any exersize equipement.i really want this to work and i cleared my mind and im more determined then ever!!!!!!!!!!
Reply from tiff, Age 17 - 01/23/07 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx hey beth....don't eat pizza everyday at school. well you can a few times but saleds saleds saleds. thats good you can fit in your pants. i wish i could. i cant stop myself from going up to the snack bar all the time(well sometimes) and getting junk. keep up the good work!!!!
Reply from Lindsey, Age 11 - 01/23/07 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx That is awesome! Okay- here is a workout plan for you: Stretch for 5 minutes. Jumping jacks for 4. Squats, lunges and plie squats for 6. One minute break. 1 min. of push-ups. Crunches of all kinds for 4. Stretch for 4 minutes. Do this everyother day and it will help at least a little. The other days just stretch for 2 mins, do 25 jumping jacks, go on a 20 minute walk, and stretch for another 2 minutes. Each of these workouts is 25 minutes long. I hope they work for you!
