Ht. 5'3", Wt. 156 - ok so im a swimmer...but after practice...i always stuff my face and end up going on a binge because im so hungry and gaining weight! i love fried foods and such and im addicted to candy. i used to have an eating disorder..but ive gained so much weight..sometimes i just cry myself to sleep thinking about how i used to be. i want to lose weight sooo badly...but without using diet pills or surgury or an eating disorder..please help!
Reply from Miss_K, Age 19 - 01/24/07 - IP#: 128.211.182.xxx Belive it or not, when you are swimming in the water, not only is it sucking away at your energy, it dehydrates you. Make sure you drink lots of water during practice and a glass after you practice. This should help out! Then just make sure you make healthy choices at dinner, but don't limit yourself too much! If you try to limit it down to ridiculous portions, you're bound to eat a lot later on. Hope I helped! Good luck!
