Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - hi guys today i did pretty good i had some oatmeal for breakfast, and a low-fat chicken wrap for lunch and lots of water. but when i got home from school i was really really hungry so i made half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat. i know thats not bad and a fairly healthy snack but i still feel crappy for eating that.
does that ever happen to you guys when you eat a healthy snack but you feel like youve still eaten way too much?
im just feeling blah.

I think that the sandwich was the perfect thing to have, because...your breakfast and lunch werent very many calories at all. The sandwich was a good idea to keep your energy up so you can burn more fat
