Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - PLEASE give me feedback. I'm trying really hard and I want to make sure I'm doing this right. For breakfast I had one serving of instant oatmeal made w/water. After school I had a green apple and a lean turkey on wheat bread sandwich. For a snack I had a banana and for dinner I had an asian chicken (grilled) salad from McDonalds with NO croutons or Dressing. I drank about 3/4 bottles of water today and I walked for half an hour. Tomorrow I'm going running. PLEASE REPLY! thanks guys3

Reply from Leslie, Age 15 - 01/27/07 - IP#: 152.163.101.xxx hey you did great! but i would say add about 3 egg whites to breakfast meal and maybe trade your banana snack for 2 cups of strawberys or an orange or grapefruit or something because i'm not saying bananas are unhealthy but they're one of the highest fat,carb,and sugar fruits and berrys and citrus fruits can contribute to more fat loss!GOOD LUCK!
