Ht. 5'1", Wt. 180 - I am curious to know everyones workout plans...how often do you guys do cardio(and for how long)...My everyday exercises are...Jog for 1 mile, rest/stretch...jog half a mile, stretch. Then sit ups, pushups,etc....it all lasts about 40-50 mins. What do you guys usually do?

a mile is 4 laps around a regulation track, or i just use my treadmill--about 2000 steps = a mile
