Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - BREAKFAST:Special K and Fat free milk (200) LUNCH: Turkey sandwich, energy bar, veggies (500) DINNER: Lazana, corn, and fat free yogurt (500) EXERCISE:1 hour of weight training/warm ups and things like that. 2 mile walk with dogs and cuzin. How did I do?? I feel pretty good but I'm not sure. Feed back would be nice.
