Ht. 5'2", Wt. 160 - ok so for my health class our teacher is making us write down EVERYTHING we eat and drink for the next week, just so we can see how much we actually do eat. and this is how i did today and i know its bad..
breakfast: a bagel w/ cream cheese, grape juice, milk, and i had a cup of coffee(i couldnt live w/out coffee)
Lunch: 2 hash browns w/ ketchup, 1 chocolate chip cookie and chocolate milk (school lunches suck i couldnt eat the hotdog, i could barely stand the smell)
Dinner: spagetti, with garlic and herb sauce
Snacks: 2 pretzel rods and a can of coke
okay so ik its bad but can u tell me what you think I should do

first. you should always keep track of what you eat. second. if your embarrassed just lie. lol.

This is way too much food for someone who wants to diet. Subsitute your bagel and creem cheese with 0% milk and cereal.Don't eat hash browns, eat something light, like a chicken salad.
Stop eating the snacks, and for dinner, try not to eat pasta.
If you keep eating this way, you will gain weight, and not loose.

cut out soda, or at least drink diet, instead of a plain bagel use whole wheat, and switch from regular cream cheese to light/non-fat
