Ht. 5'4", Wt. 163 - horray! i am down to 163 lbs. i have to et to 130-135 in like 3 months or sooner if possible. ive been eating good, exercising, and taking slim mints. breakfast-half a bagel with butter and 2 glasses of water and half a cup of milk. lunch-turkey on wheat bread with a tablespoon of mayo, w/ carrots and a hershey granola bar which was only 150 cals. dinner- i dont know yet.

What in the world are slim mints? I want to know! You should post the excercise you do too. The eating part is alright. Bagels are good for you but the butter isn't. Try like lowfat cream cheese or something I think it's better for you. & eat fruit with breakfast.

and after school i had a cup of popcorn. w/ 98% fat free, low sodium, low cholesterol, 60 calorie campbells soup.
