Ht. 5'9", Wt. 170 - hey could y'all please telll me how you think i did today...breakfast:2 kashi waffles and yogurt(215 cals). lunch:grapes, a little cereal, 100 cal pack, yogurt (300 cals). snack:half a banana, jello, turkey (110 cals). dinner: lean cuisine meal, veggies & fruit: (450 cals). workout:run 1 mile, walk 1 mile, 200 crunches, 45 min. spin class, weighted hula hoop for 15 minutes
Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 02/08/07 - IP#: 65.54.154.xxx I read that your breakfast should be about 400 calories. It should have grains, protein, dairy, and fruit. Here is an example: a peice of whole wheat toast w/ 2 scrambled eggs & a banana. Not that your breakfast was bad, it wasn't at all. Just a tip though! Great job on excercise by the way. Keep it up!! =)
