Ht. 5'5", Wt. 207 - Hello, I am a Junior in high school and my ring dance is April 28th 2007 that is like 70 something days away i am pretty satisfied with my body but becuase im over weight u can't really tell i have a body shape so i wanna lose between 32-57 pounds i have pilates but and they are good but iwant to put myself on a routine but need a good diet to go along with my new excersise dvds does anyone have any diets that i could try i heard of a 3 day diet with fruit and protein but vant find it so could some help me out if possible!

If you work really hard you can definitely lose between 20-30 lbs by then. I suggest work out for about 40 min -1 hour everyday, doing cardio. Then also do pilates three days a week for toning. Then for a diet eat around 1200-1500 calories a day. For April try Weight Watchers.
