(180 cals) snack:kashi cereal (75 cals) lunch:lots of fruit/pria energy bar (300 cals) snack:banana. dinner:greenbeans, carrots, 2 tiny pieces of chicken breast, fruit, and a 100 calorie bar. (350 cals). exercise:2 miles treadmill, 15 min. bike, 500 crunches, 15 min. weight machines
