Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - Hey guys. Well i've been trying for awhile to get to a healthy weight but I didn't ever try very hard. A few weeks ago everyone in my school went to the nurse to get height and weight. Well, for the first time ever the scale went from the 100lbs+ section up to the 150lbs+ section. I told myself I really have to commit. I want to lose the weight. I have a busy life so it's hard to find time to exercise. The plan i made for myself is jogging for 30 minutes three times a week and 100 crunches every day. (i really hate my stomach) Do you guys think this will help me? I'm also trying to cut down on the junk food, but i'm not on a "diet". I'm just watching what I eat, but most of you know how hard that is. My big goal is to be in a bikini by July! That would probably mean losing at least 15lbs. Can I do that with my plan? I would love some support or feedback! Thanks so much. :)

yeah it's possible.. i've lost 15 lbs in the past 3 weeks or so. actually probably more like 4 weeks. i'm not exactly sure. i need to figure that out.

Stick to doing cardio and eating when your hungry. Start out slow and work your way up. If theres a sport you can join then join. Even if your not good it will still be good to have a workout and fun. Do some weights at first and once you get to a lower weight and want to tone for your bikini that you will be able to get by july then start weight training every other day.
