Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - This is my meal/excercise plan for tomorrow....is this healthy? Breakfast: pancake w/ peanut butter & an apple; Lunch: salad w/ lettuce, chicken, peppers, onions, & fat free ranch dressing & also a little broccoli & califlower; Snack: fat free vanilla yoghurt w/ strawberries; Dinner: salmon & whole wheat pasta Lean Cuisine meal & a cup of 1% milk; and Excercise: 15 minute walk, some jogging, and 30 minutes Tae Bo....what do you think? FEEDBACK!!!

Reply from Jodie, Age 16 - 02/20/07 - IP#: 65.88.218.xxx Look not to upset you but the peanut butter and pancake is very fatening, look at the fat and calorie content on the box. Your lunch is ok. I would suggest to count the total calories per day. If you want to loose weight, you need to eat around 1500 calories a day, if u don't, you will stay the same weight and get upset that you are not loosing. It is not only important what you eat, but how much... Good luck.
