Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - This is my meal/excercise plan for tomorrow....is this healthy? Breakfast: pancake w/ peanut butter & an apple; Lunch: salad w/ lettuce, chicken, peppers, onions, & fat free ranch dressing & also a little broccoli & califlower; Snack: fat free vanilla yoghurt w/ strawberries; Dinner: salmon & whole wheat pasta Lean Cuisine meal & a cup of 1% milk; and Excercise: 15 minute walk, some jogging, and 30 minutes Tae Bo....what do you think? FEEDBACK!!!

You can eat peanut butter and stay fat then. It is not about good fat or bad fat, it is about portion control.

Peanut butter is good fat though and has a lot of protein so I think you did good

Look not to upset you but the peanut butter and pancake is very fatening, look at the fat and calorie content on the box.
Your lunch is ok.
I would suggest to count the total calories per day.
If you want to loose weight, you need to eat around 1500 calories a day, if u don't, you will stay the same weight and get upset that you are not loosing.
It is not only important what you eat, but how much...
