Ht. 5'9", Wt. 170 - hey does this sound good? breakfast:oatmeal and a banana. snack:kashi cereal (50 cals) lunch:big fruit salad and 10 kashi wheat crackers. snack:pineapple and 2 pieces of turkey lunchmeat. dinner: slim fast bar, green beans, and a peach. excercise: 15 min. treadmill, 10 min. weights, 45 minute cycling class
Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 02/21/07 - IP#: 65.54.97.xxx A slim fast bar, peaches, and green beans doesn't sound like a healthy dinner to me. Not unhealthy or anything, just not like balanced. You got enough fruit, but try for more veggies. Not bad though, it's fairly good... =)
