Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I hope I did good today. Breakfast: medium sized pancake w/ peanut butter & an apple; Lunch: salad w/ lettuce, chicken, peppers, & onions w/ fat free ranch dressing; Snack: vanilla yoghurt w/ strawberries & some pretzels; Dinner: Lean Cuisine lasagne meal & a cup of 1% milk; Excercise: 20 minute walk & 30 minutes of Tae Bo....Feedback please??? Is this good, okay, bad...??? Thanks...=)
