Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - So today I didn't excercise, I just cleaned this guys house for a few hours. It was easy though not much excercise....hmm....here's what I ate. I'd love some feedback! Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal w/ 1% milk & a banana; Lunch: chicken salad w/ lettuce onions & peppers & fat free ranch dressing & an apple; Dinner: chicken noodle soup & a veggie sausage patty w/ mustard & blackberries & a cup of 1% milk....what do you think???

thats good but if I ate only that I think that I would starve! you can eat healthy snacks to like 100 calorie packs!

I also had peanut butter & a 90 calorie fudge bar...is that bad?? =(
