Ht. 5'8", Wt. 171 - ok here is my eating plan..im gonna try it out this week and see how it goes...breakfast:kashi waffle & yogurt. snack:wheat crackers or rice cake. lunch: fruit salad. snack:apple. dinner:veggie sub from subway or half turkey sub with lettuce and tomato on wheat. excercise at least 1 hour cardio every day

That sounds good, but I wouldn't suggest eating the same stuff every day. Variety is the spice of life, and it's better for you if you have a wide variety of food.
