Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - ok so o haven't been on here in a while, and i haven't done very well, but starting tommorow i'm getting back on track. i need to. so here are my goals.
1. Get at least 30 min. activity every day
2. run 1 mile at least 5 day a week
3.Eat more fruits and vegatbels every day
4. get on here at least once a week and post my progress.
Now those are just a few things but i guess it's a start. anyways if anyone has anything else that might help just let me know. any thing would be great.

Here's a couple tips. Excercise in the morning, it will boost your metabolism a lot, your metabolism is sluggish in the morning. Excercising in the morning burns more calories! No time in the morning? Go to bed earlier, get up earlier. Also, drink water right before bed and right when you wake up. It helps you sleep better & get up better. Then you get in more water too, you need a lot. Good luck!
