Ht. 5'2", Wt. 188 - This is what I had so far today. A bagel from mcdonalds and water. That was for breakfast I got really late. For lunch probly a lean cuisine, and water. Probly won't have to much since I have to go to the denist yuck!!!. For dinner try to get some thing healthy i'll post what I have. For exercises toning for teens lower part, and other exercises , 200 crunchs. How did I do please reply I need help im try to get down to a bikin by August

Just a bagel for breakfast isn't really healthy. Try having either: 1/2 a bagel or a mini bagel w/ fat free cream cheese or some jam & a fruit & low fat milk. That would be healthier. Lean cuisines are great I love them. Good luck!

I know sometimes not going to mcdonalds isn't an option but if you have any other choice then take a different one. You can always run in a conviniece store and grabe a "healthy" meal bar and an apple or bannana. That would be a better choice. I know I like to grab apples and a yogurt when I'm on the go.
