Ht. 5'7", Wt. 164 - I did so good today. First I started b-fast with a protein shake, a vitamin, and my meds. Then for lunch I had a hand sized portion of lasagna with 2 clementines. Then for dinner I had a salad. I went to the gym for half an hour so I only burned between 100-200 calories but that's ok.

You should have a snack in there....try 100 calorie serving of any kind of nuts. That's a good one. Or a chocolate rice cake w/ 1 tbsp. peanut butter. Or low-fat or fat-free yoghurt w/ berries. That sounds pretty good though, keep it up! =)
