Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ugh. im so sick of being fat. whenever i sit down in jeans, my belly rolls fold over my jeans! plus i like to wear tight shirts and skirts from hollister or abercrombie. but i dont want my fat to hang out of them. food today- breakfast- hot chocolate. lunch- tuna& crankers and 100 calorie pack w/ carrots and arizona iced tea. snack after school- half a piece of cheesecake with a fat free turkey ham and cheese sandwich with half a can of chicken noodle soup. exercise- video tape for 25 min. yeah..i need to work on some stuff. ive been feeling fat lately.

i know how you feel i look down at my stomach and see 3 layers of fat or 3 belly rolls

my problem area is my stomach as well :[ if my stomach was a lot smaller i would be 2 sizes smaller in jeans but i have to get a bigger size because it doesnt buckle over my stomache and omg hollister shirts are the #1 shirts that hang my fat out because the shirts are so thin. i usually buy polos because they are thicker

i have that same problem. infact right now as im typing this my stomach is at least 2 inches past the start of my pants i recomend pelvic tilts atleast 500 a night.
