If you don't eat your metabolism thinks your starving and goes into "starvation mode" meaning it slows down ALOT and stores as much food as it can. EAT MORE. someone once told me this. Eat to live, don't live to eat. SO EAT!

You need more food like whole-grains, fruits, veggies, lowfat yoghurt or 1% milk....try to get between 1,300-1,800 calories...that was under 1,000 there and your body goes into starvation mode....it will make it harder to lose weight.
