Like, more than 8 glasses? and how does it help? also, is easier to lose weight when you've got a lot of weight to lose? (did that make sense?) cause i only have 20 lbs to lose and i have such a hard time! or is that just because my diet and exercise isnt strict enough? another question, do you lose inches faster than lbs? and are peanutbutter and jelly's bad for you? and my last question...just out of curiosity, where are most of you guys from? personally i'm from the U.S., PA actually. I know its kind of a weird question but i was just really curious! Well thanks i know i sound kind of dumb asking all these questions! :]

GA drinking lots of water helps your blood move faster and your body be able to digest, and circulate faster. if you have that going you can lose weight quicker and the more water in a fat cell the easier it is to break down, but that does NOT meant that just because you drink water you will lose weight you need exercise and diet. 8 glasses will keep you hydrated but go for 10 just to have some extra
