Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks! I am so happy. Today is my treat day so I'm eating everything I've been craving, as much as I want today. I won't do this every weekend, just today, and tomorrow I'm back to suppa healthy. Today I ate pancakes w/ peanut butter & lotsa candy & chinese food & lotsa ice cream & pretzels & junk....but I feel okay with it because doing this for one day won't undo what I've done. I bet I won't even gain weight if I do supper good and weigh in on Monday- Ill probably maintain it. What do you think? Is it horrible that I did this today? I plan on every Saturday letting myself have a meal of whatever I wanted and a dessert.

thats almost ok but not, it will fluctuate your calories but you shouldnt freak out on all that candy and food that is bad, use portion control. just use this to you advantage, only eat 1200 calories tomorrow and that could make you lose more because your body will expect to burn off as much as you ate today

Ahh that sucks. I hope I didn't gain all the weight back, that would break my heart... ='(

Eating that much will make you gain how many pounds of calories you ate. It you ate 7000 calories witch it sounds like you deffently did you can say good buy to all the work you did for the last week because you just gained back 2 pounds. If you want a sweet have it portioned every day. If you eat a gallon of icecream one day your going to gain weight but if you eat a serving every day along with a healthy diet and working out you won't gain anything.

If you binge one day, you will loose all the work you have done during the week.
